Aaron Wilken is the Director of Real Estate and has been with FSB for almost 10 years. Aaron maintains close relationships with FSB health system and physician group partners, tailoring strategy and solutions specific to their needs. During his 25-year career, Aaron developed expertise in all facets of creating real estate value - from acquisitions and dispositions, to development, leasing and financial analysis and modeling. Aaron’s leadership on the Executive and Asset Management team provides a strong voice for aligning strategy with reality, while driving execution of the goals.
Aaron’s depth and breadth of real estate knowledge was developed in part from his 8 years as an investment asset manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and as a Partner at Viridian Partners. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys long-distance running and biking. He is an avid supporter of the outdoors and volunteers his time re-building hiking trails across Colorado.
