Heather VonFeldt is the Director of Accounting and has been with FSB for almost 13 years. Heather is responsible for all areas of accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and communications for FSB along with directing human resources for the company. With almost 25 years of experience, her leadership has spanned accounting functions and team building at

all levels – making her an invaluable component to ensuring that our fiduciary responsibilities to our partners and investors are met. Heather also serves as a fundamental member of the Asset Management and Executive team.

Heather attended Metropolitan State College and nursing school at the Community College of Denver. While her background is unconventional, her expertise is undeniable. Interestingly, her nursing background speaks to her love of detail and has provided her with a unique perspective in the management of healthcare real estate.

Heather is a Colorado native and enjoys getting outdoors to hike or simply appreciate nature.
