Troy has served as general counsel for FSB over the last 15 years. Troy is a key member of the Executive team directing the legal needs of FSB including all transactional real estate, leasing and corporate representation. He has been practicing law since 2005, primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, lending, landlord-tenant leases (with an emphasis on medical), and corporate business – transacting over $2 billion in legal representation. Troy’s background as in-house legal counsel to of one of the largest banks in the U.S. provided a lifetime of experience in real estate and lending.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude from BYU, and a Juris Doctor, order of St. Ives from the University of Denver, Strum College of Law. He is a member of the Colorado U.S. District Court, District of CO, a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Douglas County Bar Association, and the North Dakota Bar Association.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Troy was a police officer and current serves as a volunteer Reserve Deputy at the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. In his spare time, he is an outdoor enthusiast - hiking, biking and running.
