Hudson's Bay Centre

Hudson’s Bay Centre is a 20-story 173,155 square foot class ‘A’ high-rise office building located in the heart of Downtown Denver. The building is right along Denver’s 16th Street Pedestrian Mall and proved itself to be a valuable core asset for FSB throughout FSB’s ownership period. The property was sold in 2005 for a record setting price.

Westpark Place

Westpark Place is a 76,914 square foot class ‘B’ office building located in Westminster, Colorado. The University of Phoenix occupies 30,000 square feet at the building. FSB sold the property in 2007 providing investors with a significant return on investment.
